Researcher at Brazilian Bioethanol Science and Technology Laboratory – CTBE, located in Campinas. Since 2010. I have been working with sugarcane since my PhD begins (August 2004), on focus in nitrogen fertilizer management (grants from FAPESP proc. 2004/13793-0) using isotopic technique to evaluate 15N-recovery throughout crop cycle in consecutive ratoons (Post Doctor fellowship: FAPESP 2007/08463-9). Recently I have been at University of Queensland, Brisbane – Australia, as visiting academic working on nitrogen use efficiency by Australian sugarcane genotypes (grants from FAPESP: 2011/01735-9). At CTBE my focus is relating to sugarcane crop production aspects and best practices fertilizer management. Currently I am researcher leader of biomass production management group.
