The Institutional Visiting Program of the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) has the objective of stimulating scientific interest in students and society as a whole, as well as promoting the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge. The program is mainly directed at high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, as well as professors, researchers, and company representatives.
The schedule may include visits to one to four national laboratories integrated with the CNPEM – Synchrotron Light (LNLS), Biosciences (LNBio), Bioethanol (CTBE), and Nanotechnology (LNNano).
During these tours, visitors are provided information on CNPEM’s campus installations, research activities, and partnerships in order to stimulate interaction between visitors and CNPEM professionals. Requests for visits should be submitted through the Application Form (in Portuguese – Brazilian visitors) or by email to email@example.com (international visitors).
